We always want our customers to be completely happy with any item they buy from us.
That's why you can return any item within 30 days from delivery for an exchange or full refund as you prefer.
If you try on a style and it doesn't fit or is not quite what you're looking for you can use the "Contact us" tab on the left of this page, or call on 01273 891616 for advice from Hannah the designer on sizing or alternative styles. You can try as many items as you like to find the perfect one for you - and if you can't find it then you can always just return your order and get your money back.
The only thing we ask is that returned items have not been worn except to try on, have all the original tags, and are returned to us by registered post.
