We very much appreciate the efforts of all our stockists in promoting our brand and we want to make sure that you always get the value you deserve when one of your customers orders from us. That's why we've developed our trade voucher system.
When we send you your order we'll email you with a batch of one-off discount codes for your customers to use on our website. They will be unique to your shop and will give customers £10.00 off any order on our website as well as free shipping. The code will identify the order as being generated by your efforts which will allow us to pay you your commission of 30% of the full sale value.
Here's an example: one of your customers comes into your shop and tries one of our best-selling Kristen lace dresses. For some reason they don't buy straight away. Maybe they want to think about it, or maybe the size or colour they want is sold out in your shop. You can give them one of our discount codes unique to your shop. Then they can order the Kristen direct through our website and receive a £10.00 discount. The discount code they use will identify the order as being generated by your shop and we will calculate your commission of 30% of the full retail value. We will manage all the customer service, shipping, and any returns, refunds or exchanges required free of charge.
As an internet sale, the customer will have 30 days to return the dress for full refund or exchange. Once the 30 days have elapsed then we will transfer the relevant commission amount to you via electronic payment.
We think this system is the fairest way to apportion the profit from our internet sales between you and us. Please do let me know if you have any queries about this, or if you have any ideas or suggestions on how we can improve this system.
